Their swirling kaleidoscope of post-punk brooding, Doors-inflected psychedelia, and dreamlike textures sealed Echo & The Bunnymen's reputation as one of the most influential groups of the last two decades. Between 1980 and 1987, the original lineup released five groundbreaking albums. When drummer Pete de Freitas was killed in an auto accident in 1989, the band took a five-year break before reforming in the mid-90s. They're still thriving today, and this classic album commemorates their 25th anniversary. Pressed on HQ 180-gram heavy vinyl. All original packaging.
