Originally released in 1992, The first solo album by legendary West Coast Rapper/Producer Dr Dre after his departure from N.W.A. The album still caused a degree of controversy, even though a less aggressive sound than N.W.A [and essentially beginning the G-Funk era], yet losing no bite in his lyrical onslaught. Addressing the struggle on the streets of LA in the early 90's, gang violence, and openly attacking his former bandmate Eazy E. Includes the singles Nuthin But a G Thang, Dre Day, and Let Me Ride.
